Intuit acknowledges that small businesses are more successful when they work with an accountant. Our goal is to connect every business owner with an accounting professional that meets their unique needs. Today, there are programs available, like Find-A-ProAdvisor, and we continue to innovate and test new ways to connect every small business with accounting professionals that can help them succeed.
With that being said, Intuit's goal is to offer the QuickBooks Live option to small businesses that don't currently have a ProAdvisor, bookkeeper, or accountant. If a small business’s QuickBooks Online file is linked to a QuickBooks Online Accountant account, the in-product messages and marketing about QuickBooks Live is hidden from them.
