All day yesterday, 8/11/25, the webpage said "You're next in line" for Live Experts. And it is still that way on 8/12. I don't think it's working at all because I was on a call at 9:45am but the tech's screen share didn't work, then 10 minutes later, the call was dropped and ever since , I don't get the final screen that verifies account name and tel # before it says "you're next in line".
