We are preparing to open a new location fand want to track revenue & expenses by this location separate from our first location in one set of books. I have turned on Location Tracking but can't seem to find a way to recategorize all historic revenue & expenses to the first location address. I am able to do so for all new revenue & expenses for the new location. For example I'm trying to "batch action" historic Rent paid to its correct location and am unable to do so. The ability to batch action this expense to a specific location doesn't exist. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Is there a better method to achieve what I wish to do?
Thank you,

Thank you,
You will need the Accountant Version toolbox to batch reclassify transactions for location and class tracking. Regular QBO plans don't come with such features.
You have two options:
1) Ask your Accountant with QBOA to do it for you
2) Download QBOA (which is free and do it yourself). But you will need to sign-in with a different new email address than your existing QBO sign-in email address.
You can free download QBOA from here:

Hope this helps!
Great. I have accountant permission so will just login under this profile and make the updates. Thank you kindly for the response!
