Logging in my Desktop QB's errors

Has anyone out there had problems logging in on their desktop QB's 2020?  Our QB's is on a network server and we have multiusers (5) license.  We have had problems logging in some of our QB's files.  Sometime it takes up to 5 times to log in.  I have attached a couple of the errors we have seen.  I have run the QB's Tool Hub and it did not find any errors.  Any help from anyone out there would be great.  Oh I have called Tech support and that was a waste of time.  I think QB's 2020 has problems and Intuit just does not seem to care to fix it-just saying.

In QuickBooks Desktop, you can reduce your file size by using the Condense Data utility. This process still keeps your data and minimize the risk of data damage. Please keep in mind condensing data in your account is irreversible.

Here are the steps you can follow:

  1. In your account, go to the File menu, select Utilities, then Condense Data.
  2. Select the best option on how you want to condense your file, then click Next.
  3. Choose what transactions you want to remove, then click Next.
  4. Click Begin Condense.

Logging in my Desktop QB's errors

It seems you are using QBD Premier and manage multiple company files. If you encountered the same error with a certain company file, try creating a backup file and restoring it with a different name. If the same error still persists, check your file size. Our experience is that Pro and Premier data files start to take a long time to run reports at the 150-200 MB (megabyte) size. In addition, Pro and Premier become more susceptible to data corruption and other funky issues if they get to be too large.

Do you know if there is a way to fix a QB file if it is too large?  I do have several QB's files that are over 200000KB.  I will try to backup and restore with a new name first on the one QB's company file that we are having so many issues to see if that will help.  Thank you for your help.

MaulikH thank you for your help.  Are there downfalls on condensing QB's files?
