Login Issues and having trouble staying on if I do get logged in.

Still no resolution to our Login issues. Our users continue to get the same messages saying the administrator hasn't granted access. Again, I am the administrator and I get the same message. Now if we do get logged in, we will randomly be kicked off and experience the same issues all over again. Very frustrated with the lack of response or ability to solve the issue by customer support. It feels like their mindset is they have enough people that the product is working correctly so to hell with the

I know how important to us to continue running our business and get our tasks done. As of the moment, there’s an investigation taking place concerning logins. Rest assured our engineers are now working hard to get this fix as soon as possible. 


I recommend contacting our Customer Care team so you’ll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you can receive updates via email once the resolution is implemented. Since you’re unable to use your account, I have a way here where you can reach out to them. Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to this website.
  2. Select Search for something else.
  3. Enter this statement on the box “login issue.”

  4. Click Start a Message.
