logo insertion

i am trying to insert a logo on an invoice format. QB is saying the filename you entered is too long or is not a valid filename. How do I proceed?

Let's get your Invoice logo uploaded in QuickBooks, aman2.

 

You'll have to shorten the file name of the Invoice logo to get rid of this error. Once shortened, perform the task again and see if the logo is uploaded.

 

Also, when uploading a logo to any sales forms, you'll have to use the .jpg instead of .gif, .png, .tif. This is to prevent the logo gets pixelated.
