I’d be happy to share how to add multiple logos in QuickBooks Online.

Here’s how:

1. Go to the Settings icon and select Account and Setting.
2. Under the Company section, click the pencil icon.
3. Click the small plus sign in the Company logo. From there, a small window will pop up where you can add or upload multiple logos. 
4. Once done, click Save and Done.

Please know that the default logo will be the last one you uploaded.

You could create one image file that includes both logos.  Then when you upload it, QB will think it's just one logo.
