Logo update on profile and invoice

Having trouble uploading / updating.  See attached. 

Blank block and save button not able to click.

Tried different computers.

Logo update on profile and invoice

Hi, michmishka.

 

Our engineers are currently working to fix this type of issue. Moreover, it’d be best to reach out to our phone support team to add your details to the list of affected users.

 

In the meantime, you can customize your forms to show your company logo. Here’s how:

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top and select Accounts and Settings.
  2. Choose Sales then Customized Look and Feel.
  3. Select your desired form to work with.
  4. Go to Design tab and select Dive in with a template>Show/Hide logo.
  5. Click Edit Print settings then uncheck the box for Use letterhead paper.
  6. Select Done.
