Please know that we have an ongoing investigation regarding the company logo. Our engineering team is doing its best to determine the root cause of the problem and provide you with an accurate resolution to get this sorted out as soon as possible. Hopefully, you can have your logo displayed back on the dashboard.
For now, I suggest contacting our Phone Support team so they can add you to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified once there's an update about the fix. Here's how to contact them:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Select Search, then press the Contact Us button.
- Enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
- Please choose the best way you'll want to reach out to us.
They can accommodate you Mondays to Fridays from 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturdays from 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
