Buy nowUntil recently, there was an option to determine if invoice emails were sent, opened, and viewed from the All Sales page. It would appear in the Status field of the filter options. Now it only shows if the payment status. It is possible to click into individual invoices to see when the email was sent, but it is incredibly inefficient.
I am not looking to have these CC'd to us either. The desire is to be able to quickly discern if all invoices were sent at the end of the work day. Thank you to any who can help with this.

In QBO, there are a variety of reports that can be used to see where our business stands. When viewing all the sent invoices, we can utilize the Invoice List report.

I do want to point out that my version of QBO was using a simplified UI. When assisting other customers, it may be advantageous to inform them to select "Classic view" so the correct options are visible. Without that mode active, the Sent option does not appear.
