Since you're able to see your customer list when logging in through a web browser, the data's definitely there. QuickBooks Online Mobile pulls client information from that same area, so if it's not showing up when you review your customers, there's likely a problem with the application.
I'll guide you through some steps to fix most app-related issues:
1. Try changing your internet connection. For example, if you're connected to Wifi, turn it off and use cellular data.
2. Close the app, then reopen it.
3. Clear application data.
In QuickBooks Online Mobile:
- Android - Use your More Options (⋮) ellipsis icon, go to Settings, choose Refresh Data, then hit Yes.
- iOS - From the Menu (☰) icon, go to Help & Feedback, pick Refresh Data, then press Refresh.
In your mobile device's settings:
- Android - Go to Apps (the title of this area will vary by device), QuickBooks app, then Storage and choose clear data.
- iOS - Go to Setting General iPhone Storage and pick the QuickBooks Online Mobile app, then select Offload App.
4. Restart your device by turning it off, then back on.
If you still can't see your list of clients when using our mobile application, you'll want to uninstall and reinstall it.
