It's possible that the reminder is not set to On hand quantity, We can look into your settings to see if we've selected the correct Reorder Reminders. I'll show you how:
- Open QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sale.
- From the File menu, choose Preferences.
- Click Company.
- Select Inventory at the left menu.
- Under the Reorder Reminders section, select how you want QuickBooks Desktop Point of Sales to calculated reorder reminders.
- Click Save to update the settings.
