Making Sure pinned or newer notes print first?

I'm glad you've reached out to us. I'm here to help and provide you an option on how to print your customer's newer notes in QuickBooks Desktop. 

When printing the Customer Job & Information, it will include all the customer's notes you've created. Currently, QuickBooks doesn't have an option to select the latest notes. What you can do is delete the older notes so you can only print the new one. 

Here's how you can delete customer's notes:

1. At the top menu bar, click Employees.
2. Go to the Employee Center. 
3. Select the name of your customer.
4. Click Notes.
5. Right-click the note you want to delete, and select Delete Selected Note option. 
6. Click Yes to confirm. 

I can see how this feature would be helpful for you, I'd recommend sending feedback directly to our product developers for consideration in future update. 

Here's how you can send feedback: 

1. Click Help on the top menu bar.
2. Click Send Feedback Online.
3. Select Product Suggestions.
4. Type in your feedback or feature request.
5. Click Send Message.

I too would like to have new notes appear at the top of the list, instead of the bottom.  Has there been updated in Premier 2021 addition?

The option to sorting new notes to appear at the top of the list instead of the bottom is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Desktop. 

I recognize how relevant this feature is to you and your business. Rest assured, our product engineers are continuously working and rolling out enhancements based on our customer's needs and requests.
