Merging multiple Suppliers

Hi there,

Just a quick question. I have multiple suppliers that are essentially the same one. I'm familiar with how to do a basic merge between customers and suppliers, but I was just wondering if there was a quick way to do more than two at once?

Allow me to share information about merging suppliers/vendors in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

In QBO, we can only merge suppliers by pairs to ensure errors are avoided and lessen. Merging vendors/suppliers at once saves time though, however, we don't have the option to do that for now.

If you wish to merge suppliers at once or by bulk, I suggest sending this option straight to our product engineers for future product updates. To send your product feedback/suggestion:

Go to the Gear icon.
Select Feedback.
Enter your product suggestion.
