Hi, I would like to migrate from Quickbooks desktop for Mac to Quickbooks Online. It is said that scheduled transactions in QB desktop move to QB online as recurring transactions. Are scheduled transactions the same as scheduled memorized transactions? If so, memorized transactions don't move (it means whatever isn't scheduled won't move?), am I correct?
Thank you.

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks in managing your business transactions, JennaL.
I recognize how important it is to make sure your data is migrated smoothly. I'm here to help you with that.
Yes, you're right. Scheduled and Memorized transactions are the same. Therefore, it isn't possible to migrate these data to QuickBooks Online. To avoid errors, I'd suggest deleting them.
To find out the other details that don't move to QuickBooks Online, please see this article: How your Books will be Move?.
Once you're ready, you can now migrate your data to QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, I've included an article that'll help you set up your QuickBooks Online account. This ensures your books are accurate after migrating: What to Do After You Move your Data.
I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance migrating your data. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.

Thanks Charlene, I got confused as I read on the link "Learn how features and data move from QB Desktop to QB Online" https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/help-article/import-export-data-files/expect-switc...
In the Lists: Scheduled Transactions, it says "Scheduled transactions in QuickBooks Desktop move as Recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online". So what does it mean? I'm going to switch to QB online advanced. Just wanted to make sure if those transactions move?
Would you please confirm?
Thanks,
Allow me to take over and provide some clarifications about scheduled transactions, JennaL.
Scheduled transactions in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) are memorized. QuickBooks Online (QBO) uses Recurring transactions instead of the Memorize feature.
All scheduled transactions from the QBDT file will convert into recurring transactions in QBO. Here's an article to learn how this feature works: How to create templates for recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you encounter some errors, here's what you need to do: Learn how to fix errors when you move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
I'm also adding this article in case you're using an older version: Convert a QuickBooks Mac Desktop file to QuickBooks Online. It provides steps if you have QuickBooks 2016 and older.
Stay in touch with me by commenting below if you have follow-up questions about the migration. I'll be right here to help you.
Thanks, Mary.
I understand that memorized/scheduled transactions don't move to QB Online. QB online has recurring transactions which are the same with memorized/scheduled transactions in QB desktop.
Just the way it is written causes confusing.
