I recently updated my IPhone to version 14.0.1 and now when I try to review trips, the app crashes.
I have tried rebooting the phone and uninstalling/reinstalling and the issue persists with no error message.
I appreciate the troubleshooting steps you've performed, Robert Quayle.
Though, I have another troubleshooting steps to help resolve this issue. We can reset the application to refresh it. Follow the steps below:
For more information about the process, check out this article: Troubleshooting Quick-Start Guide for the QuickBooks app.
Let me know what the results are so I can look for other ways to resolve this. I'll be waiting for your response. Have a great rest of your day!
Also, there is no menu button. The button on the upper right takes me to QB assistant and the one on the left doesn’t have a “Help and Feedback” option either, just “Help” which also takes me to QB assistant.

I’ve been experiencing the same thing as everyone else in here has been reporting. App crashes when I try select mileage report, there is no “Help & Feedback” on the menu bar, only help and when I select it it takes me straight to chat, and I have numerous trips that I do not want to lose by resetting the app. Seems Intuit needs to update their app to catch up with the new IOS 14.0.1 update!
I want to chime in and state I’m having the same issue. I actually started having the issue prior to updating to iOS 14. I updated hoping to resolve it and it still crashes. And it’s only when I try and access the mileage section of the app just like everyone else. Please fix this intuit.

I spoke to technical support. This is a KNOWN issue that resulted from the last update that you guys had for the app and they are working on a fix.
It seems that they are doing a poor job of informing their employees based on all the responses that I’m getting...sheesh
Thanks for chiming in this thread, lonjglad-century.

I definitely understand how it can be frustrating to sign up for a service and have it not work the way you think it should be, @NauticalDan.
If you haven't tried the basic troubleshooting steps that were provided above, I'd recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It would be best to use the Offload App feature when uninstalling the app on an iOS device. Doing this will free up your storage but keeps its documents and data.
Simply open your Settings and go to the General menu. Then, tap iPhone Storage and look for the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app. Finally, tap it and choose Offload App.
Once done, try opening the QBO app again and check if you're able to use the mileage tracker. If not, let's make sure that your device is updated to the latest version of iOS.
If the issue persists, contact our customer support again. This way, they can perform a further investigation on what's causing this unexpected behavior.
Let me know how it goes in the comment section below. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Stay safe.
