Buy nowHello, eryca. Are the missing transactions from a bank or credit card account that is currently linked to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), or are these entries you recorded manually? Are the missing transactions from the last five months or a period from last year? Providing these details would be very helpful.
If you connected your financial institution, start by visiting your bank's website to see if there are any notifications or system maintenance. Missing transactions may occur due to delays or interruptions in the bank connection and the program. If there are no issues reported, try manually refreshing your accounts in QBSE to ensure the connection status is up to date.
Here’s how:
You can proceed with checking if the transactions are in your feed by going to the Transactions tab and filtering it by Type, Account, or Date. You can also use the Search bar to look for specific transactions. If it's not there, you can manually import the missing transactions into QBSE as a workaround. Make sure you have a CSV file of the transactions from your financial institution.
Please note that when you manually upload transactions that are already present in your bank feeds, ensure to exclude any duplicates to maintain accurate records.
