Missing component on print preview for reconciliation report in Quickbooks online Mac APP

Our engineers are already working on an investigation in regards to this issue in the QBO App for Mac, Rzaman.

For now, please use the web version to print or to open the reconciliation report's print preview. You can log in to your account using this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/.

We'll also be needing your account details for us to add you to the list of affected users. We'll be sending out email notifications to all customers in that list as soon as the issue is resolved. Please call our phone support agents so they can do it for you. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us.
  2. Let them know that you're having issues when printing or opening the print preview for the reconciliation report.
  3. Click Let's talk.
  4. Select the Chat or Get a callback option.

Please reach out to us again if you have other questions when working in the App. I'd b glad to share more details and offer my help again.

Still doesn’t work!

QuickBooks Team

I appreciate you getting back to us, @Rzaman.

At this time, the printing reconciliation report in the QuickBooks App issue is still on-going. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.

As an alternative, you can log in to your QuickBooks Online account via a supported browser and print your reconciliation report from there. For more guidance, feel free to check out this article: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?

If you haven't yet, I'd suggest contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-41724. They will also send you an email once updates are available.

To reach them, you can follow the detailed steps shared by my colleague JenoP above.

Thank you for your patience while we're working for a fix. If you have other concerns, just comment below or post again. Have a good day.
