Missing component on print preview for reconciliation report in Quickbooks online Mac APP
Our engineers are already working on an investigation in regards to this issue in the QBO App for Mac, Rzaman.
For now, please use the web version to print or to open the reconciliation report's print preview. You can log in to your account using this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/.
We'll also be needing your account details for us to add you to the list of affected users. We'll be sending out email notifications to all customers in that list as soon as the issue is resolved. Please call our phone support agents so they can do it for you. Here's how:
Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us.
Let them know that you're having issues when printing or opening the print preview for the reconciliation report.
Click Let's talk.
Select the Chat or Get a callback option.
