Missing vendors

I have several vendors who have disappeared from my accounting. None of them are actively being used anymore, but I still need their information for my records. Ant idea how or why this might happen. And is there a way to get them back?

Missing vendors

Hi @Z best three,

 

Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to help you locate the missing vendors. 

 

Since the vendors aren't appearing in your accounting, they may have been made inactive. Here's how you can check:

 

  1. Select Expenses on the left navigation menu and Vendors.
  2. Click the small Gear icon above the ACTION column and place a check-mark in the box next to Include inactive.
  3. Enter the name of the vendor in the Search box.
  4. Click the name of the vendor if they appear.
  5. From this page, you can see information about them by selecting Vendor Details. Additionally, you can reactive them by selecting Make Active at the top of the screen.
