When customers make electronic payments, the funds are deposited directly into the designated bank account linked to your QuickBooks Payments account, cweikel6.
We can go to the Account and settings to review or change the assigned bank account. Here's how to do it:
- Click Settings (gear icon) in the upper-right corner and select Account and settings under PROFILE.
- Go to the Payments tab and review the associated bank account. Click Edit if you need to update it.
You can log in to your bank's website and initiate a transfer to move the funds to another bank account. If needed, you can reach out your bank's support team for assistance.
If you're using QuickBooks Checking, here's how we can transfer funds:
- Select Transfer then select Transfer money.
- Enter the amount you want to transfer.
- In the From ▼ dropdown, select your QuickBooks Checking account.
- In the To ▼ dropdown, select your connected bank account.
- Click Next, then Finish transfer to complete the process.
