Does QB allow for one QB account to manage multiple businesses owned by a parent company?

I'm here to share some information when managing multiple businesses, OMG2.

 

With QuickBooks, we can only manage one company per subscription. However, we can purchase another QuickBooks file for the other company and switch between accounts easily from there.

 

I'll use this screenshot as your guide when switching accounts:

You can utilize a 3rd party consoldating app to help manage multiple company files. If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.
