multiple Intuit notification messages

I use the Accountant Copy transfer services to work with my client. All of a sudden, after my client imported the last changes, both she and I are getting multiple Intuit notifications. I have received about 10 so far, as she has. The server is sending her that the file is available for download (we already have done that) and I am getting so far 10 confirmations that she imported the changes successfully with no warnings or failures.

Has the server gone mad? How can we stop these notifications? Don't understand what is wrong, could be a Quickbook tech issue. Thanks for any help!

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, @Wendy59.

I want to ensure these notifications you received with your client will stop. I'd suggest contacting our Technical Support team. They have tools that can help fix this matter and investigate what's going on.

Here’s an article about our support hours so you can contact them at the time convenient to you. And to make sure our representative can assist you on time. Then you can follow these steps below:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact us.

Feel free to visit this link in case you need to update the program to the latest release. This way, you always have the latest features and fixes.

Get back to me here if you have other concerns aside from notifications. I’m always here to help you out.

Already did, they don't have an answer as of yet. I think the problem is on their end.

multiple Intuit notification messages

Thank you for getting back, @Wendy59.

We currently don't receive any issues about getting multiple Intuit notification messages while working with QuickBooks. Since you've already contacted support, rest assured our engineering team is now looking into the possible causes of this behavior. At this time, you can update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release to check for the result.

Here's how:

  1. Click on the Help menu and select Update QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Go to the Update Now tab. You can select the Reset Update checkbox to clear all previous update downloads.
  3. Select Get Updates to start the download.
  4. When the download finishes, restart QuickBooks.
  5. When prompted, accept the option to install the new release.

I've also added this article to learn more about the Accountant's Copy and its limitations: Use the Accountant's Copy.

Post again if you have any other questions. I'm always here to help. Have a great day!
