Before proceeding, make sure QuickBooks Desktop is updated and your QBPrint.qbp file isn't damaged. I'd suggest displaying the hidden files and folders to find it.
Once verified, here's how to switch the printer:
- From the Start button, select Settings or Control Panel.
- Go to Printers and Faxes.
- On the Printers and Faxes dialog window, right-click on Printer 2.
- Select Set as Default Printer, then close.
- Open QuickBooks and go to the Printer Setup option from the File menu.
- Select the Envelope and then the Printer Name.
- Once done, click on OK.
