If you didn't change devices, we may need to troubleshoot the application to rule out cache issues affecting the app.
For Android:
- Go to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the top right corner.
- Tap on Settings.
- Select Refresh Data.
- Click on Yes.
For iOS:
- Go to Settings and select General.
- Click on iPhone Storage, then tap the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app.
- Hit Offload App to free up the storage without deleting its documents and data.
