Hello there, Katerina. QuickBooks depends on the data provided by your financial institution. Missing transactions occur due to delays or interruptions in the bank connection or within the program itself.
It's also possible that your bank is undergoing maintenance. To resolve this, you can do a manual update to refresh the connection.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Manage Accounts.
- Choose your linked bank account.
- Click Refresh All to have QBSE reach out to the bank and request the latest July data.
