Hi there, Michael. Are you seeing a specific error code on your bank feed? Syncing interruptions often happen during bank server maintenance. To check, log in directly to your bank's website to see if they have any service alerts posted.
If everything looks good on their end, you can give the connection a nudge by going to the Gear icon > Manage accounts > Refresh All. If that doesn't trigger the sync, consider using an incognito window or an updated supported browser to rule out any browser cache issues.
In the meantime, you can upload your transactions manually using a CSV file to keep your records updated. Those same transactions might download again automatically, once the connection is restored. Keep an eye out so you can exclude any duplicates.
