My bank is connected and shows downloads from Aug 2023, but I can’t view any transactions from 2024 in QuickBooks Self-Employed—please advise.

We can refresh or disconnect and reconnect your bank account, to ensure all transactions appear, alexandra.

To get all the transactions from your bank, we can refresh your account.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Manage accounts under TRANSACTIONS.
3. Click Refresh All.
   

If the 2024 transactions do not appear, you can proceed to disconnect and reconnect your bank account to download all transactions again.

Please note that if you disconnect your bank, all bank transaction history will be permanently deleted.

Here are the steps to disconnect:

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Manage accounts under TRANSACTIONS.
3. Click the Trash icon.
   
4. Enter DELETE and click Delete to confirm.
