Hello @jdragnich,

The green loading prompt can be related to the current browser you're using. Saved cache and history of your browser can cause unexpected browsing behaviors and most issues. Let's clear them so you can print your employee's direct deposit payroll successfully.

But before we proceed, can you share the name of your financial institution. Sharing such information help look for any reported issues from other customers.

That being said, let's start by using a private or incognito window of your browser. You can follow the following shortcut keys below for easy navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Safari: Ctrl Shift P

If it works without the error message you mentioned, you can clear your regular browser's cache to let it start from scratch. But if you still received the same error, you can use one of our other supported browsers.

Additionally, I've also included this reference for the steps in handling your downloaded transactions: Learn how to find missing transactions downloaded from your online bank and credit card accounts.

If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments. I'll be here to lend a hand. Stay safe!
