my checks print crooked but my printer set up for checks alignment test is perfect

My checks recently began printed crooked at an angle.  When I go to printer set for checks and go to the alignment button and run a test check, the alignment is perfect and not crooked.  Not sure how to fix this.  Thanks

Hello there, @Raymond Steiner.

I want to ensure you're getting the right support when printing checks.

To start with, the ability to print checks is currently not available in QuickBooks Self-Employed, However, if you're using QuickBooks Online, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to isolate this concern.

  1. Ensure that your Adobe Reader is updated to its latest version.
  2. Set Adobe Reader as the default PDF viewer for your browser.

You can refer to this article for more detailed instructions: Troubleshoot printing pay checks, pay stubs and forms.

Thank you for your response.  I am just learning about which forum to use.  I followed your instructions but it did not make any difference.  They are still printing slightly at an angle.  If it worsens, they will not be acceptable.

Thanks
