Welcome to the Community, brooksidecoa. Having trouble seeing changes after saving your logo can be due to a corrupted file cache in your browser. To resolve this, we can perform some basic browser troubleshooting. Let's fix this together.

Before we begin, QuickBooks Online (QBO) has specific criteria for uploading your logo. Apart from needing a file size of less than 10 MB, please consider the following:

  • The logo should be a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file.
  • Have a bit depth (or color depth) of 24 bits or less.
  • The shape of the logo should be square.
  • Use the standard RGB color space.

Please note that if your logo is in CMYK format, convert it to RGB using tools such as Adobe Photoshop before uploading it to QuickBooks Online. You can refer to this article for further information: Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms.

Once you've checked the requirements and made sure it's all good, you can go back and add your logo again.

If you still encounter the same issue, let's perform a browser troubleshooting by opening your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito or private browser. This prevents the saving of your browsing history and helps isolate web issues for enhanced performance.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + n
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing the cache fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites. It also helps pages to load faster. Please make sure to restart your browser afterward. You can also use a different supported browser as an alternate solution.

Additionally, I recommend checking out this article to help you create personalized sales forms such as invoices that fit your business preferences: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

I hope these steps help you resolve the issue, brooksidecoa. QuickBooks is all about empowering you to make your business shine, and personalized logos are a key part of that. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, feel free to reach out.
