My credit card is not showing purchases, only payments to the credit card. There are no itemized transactions. Any idea how to fix this? The connection to my bank is ok

Hi there, Lostkeysmedia. If you are seeing payments but no individual purchases in your bank feed, it may be due to how the filters are set or which account is currently selected.

First, let’s check your filters in the Banking tab:

1. Go to Transactions (or Banking) and select the credit card account.

2. Ensure the filters are set to All Transactions and All Dates

Second, check the Bank Register for a complete view:

1. From the banking page, click Go to Bank Register in the top right.

2. Click the Filter icon (funnel shape) above the date column.

3. Under Transaction Type, select All or specifically look for Expense or Check.

Once these filters are cleared, you should be able to see all of your transactions.
