My data is wrong after conversion with Dataswitcher and I have no help contact details

As far as I know, they only offer the free conversion service to QB Online CA and South Africa version, not US version. If you wish converting to QBO US version, you may convert it to QB Desktop US as the stepping stone.

Thank you for responding to my question.

When I did a check using Trial Balance from my Sage 50 and the converted Quickbooks trial balance sheet there were some errors noticed.

Both my debtor and creditors accounts have been split into two figures the other being a control account!

Retained earnings (profit & loss account) is down £1508 to the figure I sent in the data for conversion.  I don't want two debit/credit control accounts...  can this be merged to one debit and one credit control accounts?

Plus two other figures are incorrect and are up on the figures I have in my Sage 50.

If the Dataswitcher is only able to move data, why have they changed these figures? 

Should I just accept the data that was switched, will I be able to amend these figures myself?

It's all very new to me is Quickbooks and totally different to the Sage software I have been using for 25 plus years.  I just want to know if it is possible to do the amendments it wont make other errors elsewhere.

It seems you wish migrating to QBO UK. Visit the following reference

If you are not satisfied with the result, you may ask to reconvert again. As another option, consider purchasing a 3rd party conversion service.
