My desktop Quickbooks is on an old, internetless computer. How, without internet, do I save that to an external drive to transfer the data to Quickbooks online?

So, I'm looking to save the result of the "export your company file to QuickBooks Online" to a flash drive and upload to the online version. Or something that will work on an internet free computer.

Thanks for sharing your concern with us, @mikali157-gmail-.

For now, you need to have a secured internet connection to transfer your data file from QBDT to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can look for an internet cafe or coffee shop near in your place that has free internet service. This way, you can move your files to QBO.

Once you've successfully found a free internet connection, you can now import your QBDT company file to QBO

After you've set up your account, you can check out these articles to get started with QBO.

Don't hesitate to tag my name in the comment section below if you have other concerns or questions. I'm always ready to help. Stay safe.

How old is your QB Desktop version. You may install the trial license of any supporting QB Desktop version migrating to QB Online.
