My employees are supposed to get paid today 4/30/21 but are not. Is anyone else experiencing non-payment today?

Thanks for getting in touch with us about your payroll concern. I can share some updates about the issue regarding not being able to pay employees on time.

Upon checking in the Community, other users are also sharing the same experience regarding the payroll not posting. For now, please inform your employees to wait for their pays within today.

We will also notify our engineers about this behavior to check it out as soon as possible. In connection with this, I would suggest visiting our QuickBooks Status website, so you'll be notified of any updates about the issue.

I understand how frustrating this is and how important it is for our customers to pay employees on time and promptly.

Right now our team is aware of this issue with direct deposits and is working on getting this resolved ASAP. Currently, the bank/financial institution has until 5 pm to deposit the money to the employee accounts.

Regardless, we're actively tracking each of our affected customer accounts to see if we can provide a more accurate time frame and get employees paid sooner. It's very important that you DO NOT cancel payroll and create paper checks. We'll monitor the situation closely and keep you all included in any updates as they come to us here in the Community.
