My etsy account is not updating

Hi, sandrah2. I appreciate all your efforts to fix the issue with this Etsy account not updating. Have you checked your bank’s website or contacted them to see if there are any updates or maintenance issues? 

If everything looks correct on the Etsy side, I recommend contacting our Live Support team directly. They have the tools to examine your account closely on the back end and identify exactly what is causing the sync problem.

In the meantime, you can import your Etsy transactions manually to keep your books up to date. If you notice any duplicates after the sync resumes, you can easily exclude or remove the redundant entries.

This is not working for me either.  Account sync stopped on Feb 8th.  this is a systemwide issue for those of us that rely on QBSE for Etsy integration. this is unacceptable and we need support!  we should at lease be credited several months free for this interruption.  I file state taxes monthly so this has messed up 2 returns so far.  

Manually doing Etsy is just not possible. There are too many different fees. It needs to be fixed. However I found another program that is working for me so I will be canceling my QB account.
