My Etsy shop hasn't updated for 10 months on QuickBooks. I have tried refreshing several times, and it won't help. Help please!

You can use a paid connector to import historical data automatically or use an importer tool.

Hello @lydiajk! I get how stressful it is to be missing 2025 data right when you’re trying to do taxes. QuickBooks just pulls in whatever Etsy sends over, so if it’s been stuck for 10 months, you may want to check in with Etsy to see if there's any ongoing issue.

While you wait for a fix, you can always manually bring those transactions in via Import transactions.
