To better assist you, please review your transaction to ensure it does not exceed $5,000. Additionally, keep in mind that you can make up to five transfers within a rolling 7-day period, with a total limit of $10,000.
This issue could also be caused by system maintenance or updates occurring on your bank’s end. If the transfer still doesn’t work, I recommend reaching out to our Payments Live Support team for further assistance in identifying why the transfers aren’t being completed.

- Navigate to the Help menu.
- Click the Search option and type "contact support."
- Choose the Contact Us tab at the bottom.
- Enter the question, keyword, or topic for which you need assistance.
- Follow the prompts, then select your preferred way to connect with us: Have us call you or Chat with us.
