My invoices are showing $NaN in all line items over $1000. At least that’s what it seems. The final totals are correct. Is this a bug or an incorrect setting?

Let's work together to determine why your invoices are showing $NaN in all line items, AFSINC. This way, you can continue your invoicing  tasks seamlessly.

Normally, if invoices are entered in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, this should give you the amount of your invoices. May I ask if the invoices that you're referring to are imported ones or created in QuickBooks? This will enable me to grasp the situation more effectively and offer you a precise solution.

Alternatively, an outdated cache might be affecting the program's performance. I recommend logging into your account via a private browsing window. Doing so will help us determine whether the issue is related to the browser's cache.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N

If the invoices are not showing $NaN, clear the browser's cache. Doing so deletes all the data from your browser and optimizes its performance. You may also use other supported browsers as an alternative.

Additionally, I'll be sharing these resources that will guide you in personalizing your sales forms and recording customer payments:
