My new transaction drop down will not let me make a new invoice.

Let's perform a few browser troubleshooting steps to determine why it seems you're unable to create an invoice and resolve it.

To do so, let's log in to your QBO account using a private or incognito browser. To use such browsers, follow the listed key shortcuts below:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
• Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If this works, it means you need to clear your browser's cache so QuickBooks can start fresh and you're now able to access the +New menu and create invoices accordingly. But if you get the same result while using a private browser, let's switch to different supported browsers instead.

To create a new invoice with particular items, you can mark the checkbox next to the desired items in the list view, click the New Transaction drop-down, and select Invoice. This way, the item details will be pre-filled in the invoice creation page. fusd student portal

You can create, edit, and view all your invoices from this dedicated space for invoices. You can also import invoices from the Cloud or Desktop.
