My Quickbooks payroll did not roll over employee loan balance from last year.

I have an employee with a loan he is making payments each pay day and his paycheck stub shows his balance each time.   His loan balance did not roll over on his January paycheck.

My Quickbooks payroll did not roll over employee loan balance from last year.

That means that on the loan payroll item the Limit Type is not set to "One-time limit" on the Default rate and limit slide.  When One-time limit is selected, then the item does not reset each year, which is appropriate for a loan item.
