  • Refresh your app data
  • Make sure the app is updated to the latest release
  • Sign out of the app and then back in
  • Turn your device off and then back on

Same thing I did all of the steps, and also login from my computer same happens

Here's how:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Tap the Help icon in your company to display the support window.
  3. You can utilize the QB Assistant by typing in your question or topic, which will provide options to help you obtain answers. Alternatively, you can use the Search tab to enter a keyword or topic of interest.
  4. If you can’t find the answers to your questions, click on Contact Us to connect with an expert who can assist you further.
  5. Choose a way to connect with our team on the How would you like to connect with us page You can either select Have us call you or Chat with us.
