To do this, click the Help(?) section in the top right, select the Search tab, and type “Contact Support.” Then click on “Contact Us" below. You can choose your preferred method of communication, such as Chat or "Have us call you".

While waiting for your new card to arrive, you can access your virtual card through QuickBooks Checking.
When a new replacement card is issued, it comes with updated card details, including a new card number, expiration date, and CVV. This means the old card details saved in your Apple Pay are no longer valid, which is why your charges are getting declined.
To fix this, you must remove the old card from your Apple Wallet and re-add it using the updated virtual or physical card details.
To activate your QuickBooks debit card. You can follow the steps below:
- Go back to the QuickBooks Checking section.
- Select Activate card. Create a PIN, then choose Next.
- Enter the Card Number, Expiration Date, and CVV.
- Once done, click Confirm.
