my snapshot for income and expense is not calculating the income correctly

I download the new 2019 at the first of jan and is not working correctly,

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community. I'm here to help fix the issue you're having with your Snapshot for income and expense.

 

To start off, you can pull up the Profit and Loss report in QuickBooks to double-check each transaction to make sure it'll match your income and expense in your Snapshot. Here's how:

 

1. On your QuickBooks, go to Reports menu at the top, then pick Company & Financial and Profit & Loss Detail on the drop-down.
2. Select Accrual or Cash for the Report Basis.
