My taxable sales report and my tax liability reports do not match. Is there a way to fix this issue?

I'm glad you came here for support. Let's get this sorted out so you can match your Taxable sales tax and Tax Liability reports.

You'll need to make sure to use the correct period date as well as the correct accounting method used in each of the report.

Just in case you'd want help from a live technical support, they can guide you on how to match your taxable sales report with your tax liability reports in QBO.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Click the Help icon in the upper right of the screen.
3. Select Contact US on the pop-up. 
4. Enter what you're needing assistance with in the How can we help? field and choose Continue. 
5. Click Get a callback.
6. Enter your contact information.
7. Select Call me.
