Get 50% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months*
Buy nowHello there, Olivia. Was this bank recently connected to your account? If so, most banks only download up to 3 months of transactions, which could explain why you’re not seeing the November 2025 transactions.
If the bank wasn’t newly connected, it’s possible there was an issue on the bank’s side during that time, which prevented the transactions from downloading.
In the meantime, you can manually import the missing transactions into QuickBooks to keep your records accurate.

No, I’ve had that bank connected for years. I deleted and reconnected it because it only was going back to June and then when I reconnected it only would go back to November. What am I supposed to do if the bank was having issues?
I’m not going to manually import transactions because that would take forever and that’s why I pay for QuickBooks.
