My US Bank account stopped syncing to QuickBooks. I'm getting error 350. Quickbooks is not redirecting me so I can reconnect to my account. How do I fix it?

My US Bank account stopped syncing to QuickBooks. I'm getting error 350. Quickbooks is not redirecting me so I can reconnect to my account. How do I fix it?

The error 350 occurs when the connection expires or gets updated by your bank. To get rid of this, we can reconnect your bank account with QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the blue bank square for the account you need to reconnect.
  3. Click the Sign in link.
  4. Enter the user ID and password you use to sign in to your bank's website.
  5. Select the accounts you want QuickBooks to download transactions from. 
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Select Update to get the latest transactions from your bank.

If the same thing happens, we can do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues. Let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on the incognito window. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Control + Option + P (Safari)
  • Press Ctrl Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)

Once done, connect your bank account again. If it works, we have to clear your browser's cache to optimize your browsing experience. You can also try using a different browser. Here's the link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.

I am still trying to connect my US bank account (for months now) with no luck on any web browser. I get to the US Bank screen that asks me to submit and close, then it goes no where and never connects.

I've been trying for months to re-connect my US Bank accounts.  I've used various web browsers and still can't connect.  I get to the US Bank screen that asks me to submit and close the connection and nothing happens, it never connects.

I appreciate you for trying the different troubleshooting steps to isolate this error. I'm here to join the thread and share with you additional information about Online Banking Error 350.

 

There's a recent investigation about banking error 350. Our engineers are now working to get a resolution as quickly as possible. For the time being, it would be best if you can connect with our Support Team. This way, they can add your account to the list of affected users and be notified via email once a resolution is implemented.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter this investigation number INV-49401 in the box, then press Continue.
  4. Choose to Get a callback.

For the new Help menu or QB Assistant:

 

  1. On the QB Assistant window, type Talk to a human.
  2. Select or type "I still need a human."
  3. Type it again until you see the OK to connect with the human's option.
  4. Click on Contact us and select Get a callback.

While they're finding a fix, you may get the transactions from your bank, then manually upload them to QuickBooks. I recommend checking out these links for your references:

I am having this same issue for months now with no answers. I use the Quickbooks Cash account so there is absoutely no way for me to CSV my transactions because they come from Quickbooks. How would you suggest I do my books?

First of all, we would like to ask for your patience with this US Bank error. As much as we want to give immediate resolution to this banking concern, this is an ongoing issue that is currently being worked on.

 

Our developers are working internally, so we can't provide the exact turn around time on when they will release a fix.

 

Status of the problem are rolled out via email. If your account is not yet added to the list of affected users, I recommend contacting our Support Team. This way our agents can add your email for notifications when fix is available.

 

Reach us during our support hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM til 3:00 PM on Saturdays. To get a live rep, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu then select Contact us.
  2. Enter the keyword Banking, Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  3. On the next screen, scroll down to the Choose a way to connect with us section.
  4. Choose Start messaging to initiate a discussion with a live agent or Get a call for callbacks.
  5. When using the messaging option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you after filling in the information needed. See this:

When you're connected, provide the investigation number INV-49401 to our representative for faster tracking.
