If you want to pair a third-party app into QuickBooks, we need to make sure if it is compatible. You can check our app website and check if your Clover machine is supported. See it here: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/home/
You can also contact their support provider for help and additional instructions on how to integrate their product to our software.
