Need to separate QB Payments from ViewMyPaycheck/Workforce.
I need to separate my intuit accounts...
When I originally signed up for Workforce/ViewMyPaycheck to view my personal paychecks, I used my work email, the same as I did for QB Payments, etc.
However, I *need* to separate it so I can login to view my paycheck with my personal email, and keep my QB Payments account connected to my work email.
If I change my email in Payments, it changes it in Workforce/ViewMyPaycheck, and vice versa.
I tried changing payments back to my work email, and then tried to create a new Intuit account with my personal email, but when I try to login to see my paychecks, I just get an error saying they can't display my information.
I can't find anyone who knows how to fix this. HELP! :(
Select and open your Intuit Online Payroll Workforce or QuickBooks Payments subscription.
Review the details of your subscription and change your email address.
On the other hand, you can submit a request for changing your email address. Just enter all information need on this form and submit it. But please know that it'll take up to 3-4 business days so we can review your account before you can successfully change your email.

There would be a need to look up your account on a secured environment. Since the Community page is a public forum, I’d recommend contacting the Customer Care Team for ViewMyPaycheck. They have the tools to unlink the two accounts so you’ll be able to create separate login credentials.
