Buy now & saveHi,
I called and complained about this months ago when the new invoice format was being rolled out and I was hoping that it would be resolved by the time the old format was "retired", but maybe that was wishful thinking. In our business we have specific reasons for why we want the due date earlier than the invoice date on some of our contracts. The fact I can no longer format my invoices in this way, is VERY disappointing and frustrating.
Please let me know you are working on some sort of resolution for this issue.

What's so frustrating about this response is that it makes it seem as though we all didn't just have this capability with the old invoicing format. I shouldn't have to request for this feature to be added back.
I'm going to follow your recommendation and will also be seriously considering a switch in software.
It's clear that Intuit's priorities are with building out additional "services" within QBO to extract more from your clients rather than to provide the best accounting software possible.
