New QB

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns about the new QuickBooks format, Mike. Adapting to changes can be challenging, and we have updated articles available that can guide you through the latest features and help you with your tasks in QuickBooks.

Currently, switching back to the old QuickBooks format is unavailable. The updates enhance user experience and provide features that support your business more effectively. While we know that change can be challenging, these improvements are designed based on extensive feedback from our customers.

Additionally, your default view is determined by the preferences you selected during your QuickBooks setup. Rest assured, your accounts and data won’t be affected when switching between them at any time.

If you need more time navigating with QuickBooks, I suggest taking a test drive to explore features and options you will not feel comfortable trying in your account.

If you still decide to cancel your subscription, we respect your decision and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future. Before canceling your subscription, it's important to export your data to ensure you have a complete copy for your records. This will help you retain all your information and prevent any loss.

Furthermore, feel free to save these resources that will help you with personalizing your QBO account to whatever you want to change:

We genuinely value your input and would love to help you get accustomed to the new format. If there are specific features or functions you’re having trouble with, please let us know. We’re here to support you through this transition.

The answer you're looking for, @mikesleasing , is No, you can't go back.  No one can.

When you cancel your account, make sure to get rid of any and all credit card info, or change to an expired number that won't go through.  QB is HUGE on continuing to charge cc's for payment, even months after you cancel.
